Performance Furnace Tune–Up:

  • Test for carbon monoxide leaks
  • Inspect filtration system
  • Lubricate moving parts as required
  • Test and adjust safety controls
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Calibrate thermostat
  • Check flue draft
  • Check combustion
  • Check Discharge Temperature
  • Inspect vent piping
  • Clean Blower Wheel in place. (blow out / vacuum)

Performance Air Conditioner Tune–Up:

  • Inspect evaporator coil if accessible
  • Basic Clean of outside Condenser Coil
  • Clean condensate drain
  • Inspect filtration system
  • Adjust blower components
  • Lubricate moving parts as required
  • Visually Inspect for signs of refrigerant leaks
  • Test condensate pump
  • Check and Tighten electrical connections
  • Test starting capabilities
  • Test Capacitors
  • Measure air temperature differential
  • Monitor refrigerant pressure
  • Measure amperage and voltage
