Joel Mixon founded Cool Tech Mechanical in 2011, and soon Jon Kalp and Dell Brown joined him as business partners. Together, the three brought together more than 60 years of experience in residential and commercial heating and air conditioning, and they previously worked together for two decades at another company they helped grow into one of the top HVAC contractors for Tarrant County.
